What's for lunch, Charlie?

Not that you actually asked.
That's a quesadilla made with cheddar, muenster, diced poblano, and bacon on a flour tortilla with a dollop of my guacamole (avocado, red onion, cilantro, sea salt, and lemon juice) on the side.
See that? I just made the simplest lunch sound fancy.
