Last night's dinner.

That's a pork chop, seasoned with Old Bay* and Jane's Krazy Mixed-Up Pepper (yeah, that's a thing) and folded over minced celery, red onion and garlic. I pan fried it (lid on) in olive oil and Worcestershire sauce and topped it with fresh thyme in the final few minutes of the fry.
On the side? Last night's couscous reheated in butter, topped with fresh roma tomato, pablano pepper, and parmigiano cheese.

* Maybe I should get an Old Bay t-shirt... I just looked. They don't have a shirt. Which is good. I have too many t-shirts.
