What's for lunch, Charlie?

I'm glad you didn't actually ask. Last week, I finally nailed Julia Child's omelette making technique, meaning I no longer had to resort to breaking out the tortillas, scrambling the screwed up omelette attempt, and making a breakfast burrito (and while there's not a damned thing wrong with breakfast burritos, my recent run with them was nothing but the taste of failure). This particular omelette is filled with cheddar, pepperjack, parmigiano, onion, and garlic, topped with cilantro and served on seven grain toast.
