Last night's dinner.

⅜lb hamburger with minced garlic and onion, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper made into two patties. Cheddar was placed between the two and the patty was cooked Jucy Lucy style. Served patty-melt style with pepperjack (on the outside of the patty), bell pepper rings, catsup and horse radish mustard on seven grain bread.
