Tonight's Dinner

Tonight, Georgie and I had brats and tater salad. For the tater salad, I was going to make my mom's recipe but I decided to let George help out in the kitchen and told her that the potatoes were still boiling and that if she wanted to make her mom's recipe, to have at it.

The brats were boiled until tender and then blackened in butter. Because it's butter. Fuck you.

Sautéed green peppers and red onions. You sauté them in butter until the color is quite bold. With peppers and onions, this yields a sweet flavor.
