How do we end August?

This month had 56 posts, including this one, putting us at 1.8 posts per day. So how did we spend this month of slow Tuesdays, staggering 4AM all-night drinkathons, Australian invasions, raunchy drywall cracking sex, and pretty flower-scented candles-and-silk scarves sex?
Number of posts: 56
Posts per day: 1.8
Number of posts that were musically related: 41 (73% of total, 1.32 posts per day)
Number of musically related posts that were about recording: 16 (29% of total, about once every other day)
Number of recordings from those sessions that were detailed that are available for public consumption: 4
Because, you know: Just sayin'.
By the way: Have you seen my new html move?
Pretty tight: Huh?
Shortest post: Tomorrow is Friday, kids. (15 words)
Longest post: It's Friday: Let's Piss Off... (3,621 words)
Attempts to resurrect that feature: 0
Cajoles to resurrect that feature: 1
Said cajoler: Joe
Topic of choice: Paper Jamz
Reasons it was declined: 2
  1. The Friday Piss-Off is dead for the foreseeable future.
  2. Paper Jamz are a toy requiring no skill, therefor, they generate interest in music in the youngsters. Games like Rock Bullshit Whatever Hero, require learning a complex set of moves (which one learns on a real instrument) and replaces interest in actual art with drive for a high score. Therefore, I endorse Paper Jamz for the kiddies.
As blocks and Lincoln Logs inspire architects, so Sim City inspires couch potatoes.
On topic of computer simulations, this month's favorite new NSFW link: Tron-a-Sutra
On topic of favorite new things, favorite new t-shirt: The Sphynx from Subnormality...
... because she's my 3,600 year old, esoteric, man-eating, two-dimensional, fictional girlfriend. She just, you know, doesn't know it yet. Or exist.
